SG property coverage is built from official/public Singapore government sources and enters an admin review queue before public display.
Confirmed sources
- URA Property Market Information / Data Service for private residential project names and property-market context.
- Singapore Land Authority OneMap API for authoritative address, block, postal-code and coordinate resolution.
Fields collected
- Project name, block number, road name, building name, address, postal code.
- Latitude/longitude, postal district, market segment, tenure, total units where available.
- Source metadata, import timestamp, review status and quality status.
Use constraints
- Do not collect private-person data from SG property sources.
- Keep API attribution and source traceability in staging records.
- Only show rows publicly after admin approval; pending rows stay internal.
